Laura began her journey as a business owner in early 2000's after graduating from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, KY. Being born & raised in the area, Laura's vision was to change the way people look at health and wellness by opening a therapeutic massage clinic. Her passion for sports led to a career working & traveling with athletes of all levels as well as treating injuries in her clinic. September 2011 Laura decided to grow the business & offer career opportunities to other massage therapists partnering with AVEDA corporation. This partnership provided not only career opportunities but a much needed luxury salon and spa to the area! This along with a yoga alliance registered studio, opened and was overly welcomed to the fast growing area of Hardin County. Today both business are located together under the same roof at 1900 N. Dixie, in a brand new state of the art facility! Laura's passion for learning and teaching continue to grow as she remains dedicated to our offering career paths for our team and a luxury experience for our guests everyday!
Meet Telah! Originally from Tell City, IN, Telah began her career in guest services within a large food chain, where she quickly grew into a management role. After relocating to Elizabethtown, she decided to switch gears and bring her passion for hospitality to Ntouch. It didn’t take long for her strong work ethic and leadership skills to shine, earning her a vital role in our team’s success! Telah loves the dynamic and collaborative environment at Ntouch, where every day is about creating exceptional experiences for guests. When she’s not ensuring everything runs smoothly at the salon, she’s at home spending quality time with her four girls or unwinding with her crochet projects.
Meet Ashley! Ashley began her journey in esthetics over 15 years ago and has been passionate about helping others feel confident in their skin ever since. She knew joining the Ntouch team would lead her down the right path, and she hasn’t looked back since. Her favorite part about being an esthetician is helping guests reach their skincare goals while creating a relaxing, personalized experience. Outside the treatment room, Ashley enjoys singing for fun, getting lost in a good book, and tending to her growing collection of houseplants. Her nurturing spirit and dedication to her craft make her a valued part of the Ntouch family.
Meet Michelle! A lifelong love for creation, artistry and people brought her into the world of beauty. She prides herself on creating tranquil, custom hair care experiences. Along with being behind the chair, Michelle is also a part of an elite group of Aveda hair color educators for North America facilitating learning for our salon team as well as other Aveda stylists among the East Coast. In her free time she enjoys drawing and spending time in the sun with her husband, friends, family, and her dog.
Meet Aaron! Born and raised in Elizabethtown, Aaron brings style, sass, and serious skill to the Ntouch salon floor. What started as a dream of becoming a barber quickly turned into a full-blown love affair with the world of cosmetology. Today, he’s known for his sharp eye for short cuts, creative flair, and undeniable main character energy. He’s walked the floors of hair shows and brings that same passion to every guest in his chair. His philosophy? Professionalism doesn’t have to be boring. Whether you’re cracking up over Real Housewives drama or chatting fashion trends, you’ll feel the comfort of a space that’s inclusive, affirming, and full of good vibes—no matter who you are. “My chair is safe for all—whether you’re Christian, LGBTQ, or just someone who wants a killer cut.” With a mindset grounded in confidence and individuality, he lives by this truth: I’m not in competition with anyone. You can’t be me, and I don’t want to be you. If you’re not laughing during your appointment, he feels sorry for you—but one thing’s for sure: you’ll leave feeling seen, styled, and totally yourself.
Meet Sherniece! Sherniece started her hair journey the same as most of us, playing with her sisters' hair. She was inspired to become a stylist at Ntouch because she loves the further education that Aveda offers. In her free time she loves to read and watch movies. She says "creepy, but not scary" is her favorite genre. She also loves being a dog mom to her baby Leo.
Meet Francesca! This loving mama made her way to us from Colorado and brings a whole lot of heart to the Ntouch salon. After being a longtime guest who fell in love with our team and culture, Francesca decided it was finally time to step behind the chair and join the family.
She’s passionate about creating welcoming, feel-good experiences for her guests and loves being part of a salon that values connection, care, and creativity. Francesca’s warm personality and genuine love for people make every visit feel relaxed and personal.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll most likely find her painting a masterpiece or soaking up time with her grandbabies.
Meet Ashley! Ashley is a talented stylist who specializes in blonding and loves helping guests feel confident and radiant. She joined Ntouch for its welcoming environment and luxurious services—and fit right in from the start! When she’s not behind the chair, she’s hanging out with her three cats, cooking up her favorite short ribs, or enjoying a live concert. She also loves embroidery and relaxing with friends. With her warm vibe and creative spirit, Ashley brings a fun, personalized touch to every guest experience.
Meet Michelle! She is a stylist at Ntouch who brings creativity, care, and a love for color into every service. After graduating from hair school, she stepped into the salon with a passion for creating beautiful, personalized color and helping guests feel confident and refreshed.
Drawn to Ntouch for its elevated atmosphere and the pure beauty of Aveda, Michelle is excited to continue growing her craft while delivering thoughtful, guest-focused experiences. She loves connecting with clients and creating looks that feel both polished and authentic.
Outside of the salon, Michelle enjoys reading, tending to her plants, crocheting, and spending time with her little boy and their chocolate lab. She also loves hiking and golfing with her family whenever she can.
Meet Casie! She is a lighthearted, nurturing massage therapist who brings over a decade of massage therapy knowledge including deep tissue massage to our team and guests. Along her journey in this career, she discovered a love for prenatal massage. A mother of 4 and "mimi" of 4 herself, she finds pleasure helping new moms on their journey through motherhood and the physical stresses associated with it. Alongside her love for massage, she loves her family, Jesus, farming and George Jones!
Meet Cassandra! Cassandra knew massage was always something she wanted to do. She loves connecting with our guests, making every massage unique to what they need. She specializes in therapeutic massage as well as body mechanics. This nature girl also loves traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Meet Amanda! Amanda is a licensed massage therapist passionate about helping clients find deep relaxation and balance. With a background in veterinary care, natural healing, and yoga, she brings a compassionate and holistic approach to every session. Her focus is on calming the nervous system through therapeutic massage, creating a space where clients can truly unwind, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. Amanda’s goal is to help each person leave feeling restored, renewed, and cared for.
Meet Nathan! He is a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of hands-on experience, offering a thoughtful and personalized approach to every session. His work blends deep clinical knowledge with a calming, intuitive touch to help clients relax, recover, and feel their best.
Nathan has worked in wellness settings across the country, supporting clients with everything from everyday stress to chronic tension and restorative self-care. He is known for his professionalism, clear communication, and strong respect for client comfort and boundaries.

Meet Gabby! Gabby made her way to us from Brandenburg, KY. Ntouch caught her eye as an opportunity to further her passion and love for makeup and beauty. She says having an amazing team to help her with creativity as well as trying new things, was a wonderful bonus. Gabby prides herself as your "go to" for all makeup questions. In her personal time she loves to spend time with her baby boy, traveling, and escaping for weekend trips to local getaways.
Meet Neriah! A friendly face at Ntouch, Neriah is a dedicated cosmetologist student with a passion for guest service and all things beauty. She is currently enrolled in cosmetology school, taking the first steps toward her dream career. After graduation, she plans to go full-time in the beauty industry, perfecting her craft and helping others feel their best. Along with her love for beauty, she has a big heart for animals and enjoys spending time outdoors. When she’s not assisting guests at Ntouch, you can find her soaking up the sun, hanging out with friends, or discovering the latest beauty trends. She’s excited to continue growing in the industry and looks forward to welcoming you with a smile!
Meet Andrew! With a unique and diverse background, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the Ntouch team. After spending years as a hairstylist, he realized that while he loved the beauty industry, being "behind the chair" wasn’t the right fit for him. This led him on a journey through different industries—including many years at a large chain funeral home. After missing the love and passion of the beauty industry, he found his way to Ntouch. Fluent in French and a talented pianist, Andrew has an appreciation for both language and music. At home, he’s kept on his toes by his two cats and his dog, who bring plenty of love (and probably a little chaos) into his life. Whether he’s assisting guests, playing music, or spending time with his furry friends, Andrew brings warmth, humor, and a welcoming presence to everyone he meets.
Meet Aniyah! A high school senior and co-op student at Ntouch, Aniyah is already on the path to a future in the beauty industry. With plans to become a stylist after graduation, she’s soaking up every opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with guests during her time in guest services. When she’s not at the salon, you’ll likely find Aniyah singing along to her favorite music, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her dog, Koda. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine love for people to everything she does—and she’s excited to continue her journey in beauty with the Ntouch family.
